Jinko Tiger Neo JKM620N-66HL4M-BDV 620W হলো Jinko Solar-এর Tiger Neo N-Type series-এর একটি bifacial solar module। এই model-এ N-Type TOPCon cell technology ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে এবং প্রতিটি panel থেকে STC condition-এ সর্বোচ্চ 620W power output পাওয়া যায়। Module efficiency 22.95%, যা limited installation area-তে বেশি rated power বসানোর সুবিধা দেয়।
N-Type TOPCon Technology
Panel-টিতে N-Type Monocrystalline TOPCon cells ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে। Jinko-এর Tiger Neo platform-এ এই technology কম degradation এবং low-light condition-এ performance ধরে রাখার জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়। পাশাপাশি Hot 2.0 technology cell reliability এবং LID/LeTID-related degradation কমানোর দিকে কাজ করে।
